Dog accommodations are available at our Phoenix and Mesa locations.
 Health Requirements
Pet health care is a primary concern for all guests that stay with us. To help us keep your pet safe, we require written proof of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. The required vaccinations are:
- Rabies
- DHPP
- Bordetella (every 6 months)
- Frontline (a flea and tick treatment is applied upon arrival)
For all guests that have not received or are overdue, a medical examination and vaccination update is required one week prior to their boarding stay.
Boarding Packages
Please allow 30 minutes for check in.
Each package includes a doggie bed, Science Diet dry food, treats, two walks per day, activity toys, and if needed, medication can be administered up to 2 times daily (all medications need to be in the original labeled containers with our guest’s name, strength and frequency of administration).
Everything is provided for the comfort of your pet, however, if you choose to bring personal belongings, they need to be permanently labeled with your pet’s name and last name prior to arrival at the resort. Family VetCare will not be held responsible for items misplaced or damaged.
Additional services are available upon request including: play time, cuddle time, extra walks, and coat brushing.
Special Care is available for our guests that may be aggressive, require medical care or have special needs. A medical examination (scheduled with one of our Doctors) is required for most Special Care guests.
Payment is due in full for all services when your pet is released on departure day. During peak holidays, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your pet’s suite.
